About
About Vacation Village at Parkway Kissimmee
Spacious Kissimmee suites with resort-style amenities.
Vacation Village at Parkway sits on Arabian Nights Boulevard, just a short drive from Walt Disney World® Resort and the rest of Orlando’s famed theme parks. Spread across multiple low-rise buildings, the property is large and village-like, offering a neighborhood atmosphere with tropical landscaping and clusters of pools, courts, and gathering spaces.
The resort is known for its spacious one- and two-bedroom suites. Each features a full kitchen or kitchenette, separate living and dining areas, and furnished balconies or patios. Washer/dryers are included in most units, making extended stays convenient. The décor is classic Floridian, with tiled floors, ceiling fans, and comfortable furnishings meant for long family holidays.
Guests move easily from one pool to another—there are seven in total, each paired with hot tubs, splash pads, or kids’ pools. Sports courts, fitness centers, and a game room provide activity beyond the water, while 22 barbecue grills and picnic areas encourage family meals outdoors. The property also runs shuttle services to Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld, ensuring the theme parks remain within easy reach.
Vacation Village at Parkway blends the scale of a full-service resort with the independence of apartment-style living, making it a popular choice for families, groups, and long-stay visitors to Central Florida.
